Polat Groups honors its Turkish heritage by continuing it's commitment to excellence as was started by his father, İlhami Polat in 1994.

From a young age Mustafa Polat could be seen at many of his fathers work sites across Turkey and Western Europe with a hammer in his hand or completing touch up paint on a final project. Construction is in his blood as a second generation construction owner.

Mustafa traveled from Turkey to the United States to complete his post graduate education. Completing his Master degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration.
